(VOVWORLD) -President Nguyen Xuan Phuc has emphasized that building a state governed by law is a diverse, rich, and scientific topic and urged the editorial team to accelerate the progress and ensure good quality of the project.

President Phuc, who leads the Steering Committee for the Project "Strategy to build and perfect the socialist rule of law state in Vietnam to 2030, with orientation to 2045", met experts and editorial team of the project in Hanoi on Tuesday.

Addressing the meeting, Mr. Phuc highly appreciated the results of thematic studies which he said has clarified core, fundamental and important issues in building and perfecting the law-governed socialist state of Vietnam.

He urged for continued thorough research based on scientific arguments and firm principles and in the right direction because these issues are momentous for the development orientation of the Party and State of Vietnam.
