During his working session in Tuyen Quang province, President Sang called on local authorities, organizations and businesses to help the commune achieve the targets of the new rural development program. Earlier, President Sang visited and presented gifts to local policy beneficiaries. He visited the Tan Trao special national relic, inspected a monument to Ho Chi Minh in Tuyen Quang, and offered incense at a temple dedicated to Ho Chi Minh. 
He asked the province to focus more on new rural development to reduce poverty sustainably and improve people’s lives. He said that the crop and livestock restructuring should be accelerated to increase competitiveness in the context of integration while breakthroughs should be made to improve the investment environment, build public facilities, and reduce the number of local poor households. He asked the local Party committee to make thorough preparations for Party congresses at all levels toward the upcoming 12^th National Party Congress.
