In his address, President Nguyen Xuan Phuc said the Speaker’s presence at the 31st Southeast Asia  Games encourages host Vietnam and the Singapore sports delegation. President Nguyen Xuan Phuc hailed the Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park system as an economic cooperation symbol between the two countries. He called for further bilateral cooperation in human resource training for social economic development. Speaker Tan said he was impressed with Vietnam’s hosting of SEA Games 31 and its role in promoting people’s exchanges. He expected the Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation between the two legislative bodies will contribute to economic development in both countries.
