At the meeting, voters expressed their interest in the Project "Strategy for building and perfecting the socialist rule of law state in Vietnam to 2030, orientations until 2045" whose Steering Committee is led by President Phuc.

The President told voters: “The issue of building and perfecting the socialist rule-of-law State just approved by the Party Central Committee is the State of the people, by the people and for the people. That State has a state management method with executive, judicial and legislative branches, under the leadership of the Party, protecting human rights and citizens' rights. Such issues continue to be finetuned in the coming time.”

President Phuc also informed voters about the just-concluded 6th Conference of the Party Central Committee.
