(VOVworld) – President Truong Tan Sang visited the Vietnam Military Academy of Logistics on Wednesday to mark its 64th anniversary on June 15. He praised the important role of logistics in each period of the army’s development and Vietnam’s past struggle for national independence. He asked the academy to continue to reform its curriculum and training programs to meet the demands of the new phase of national construction and defense. President Sang said that the Party and state are always concerned about investing in defense and asked the Ministry of National Defense and other relevant agencies to provide the necessary equipment and infrastructure for the academy to fulfill its tasks.
