President hosts reception for Chile's Bachelet ​

(VOVWORLD) - President Vo Van Thuong called for greater efforts to boost economic and trade cooperation and people-to-people exchanges between Vietnam and Chile during a reception for former Chilean President Michelle Bachelet in Hanoi on Monday.

Mr. Thuong praised the former President’s wholehearted support for bilateral ties over the years.

Ms. Bachelet said UN Human Rights Council and CPTPP membership creates a common ground for Vietnam and Chile to increase cooperation in bilateral and multilateral forums.
