Mr. Thuong, who is currently on a visit to the US to attend the APEC Economic Leaders’ Week and bilateral activities, said Vietnam is doing its utmost to innovate and improve its institutions to create a favorable investment and business environment for US enterprises to invest and expand their production in Vietnam.
Ramin Toloui, Assistant Secretary for the Bureau of Economic and Business Affairs of the US State Department, said Vietnam’s cooperation with the US will build skills for both workforces. He advised Vietnam to create a more favorable investment environment to allow US businesses to invest stably in Vietnam.
President Thuong and US officials witnessed cooperation agreements between ministries, sectors, and localities of the two countries in a number of areas including education, greenhouse gas emission reduction, eco-tourism, AI, and renewable energy development.
