The Prime Minister wrote that despite the COVID-19 pandemic, in 2021 the university fine-tuned its organization, improve its training, and strengthen self-reliance to maintain its high place in the rankings of the world’s most prestigious universities. The Prime Minister expressed his belief that the Vietnam National University-Ho Chi Minh City will bring into play its self-reliance and internal strength to become a high-quality university which is among the leading universities in Asia and the world.
