The Government leader in his letter wrote that the festival takes place amid complicated corona virus pandemic and an all-out effort to combat the virus nationwide for community health. He appreciated efforts by Khmer Buddhist dignitaries, followers and people to implement socio-economic development goals and wished them a safe and happy traditional New Year.
