Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc speaks to the national online conference on the complete establishment of regional tax administration offices in 63 cities and provinces.

Addressing the event, the Prime Minister praised the Finance Ministry and the tax administration for successful completion of various targets last year for budget balancing as well as administrative reform for public and businesses’ benefits.

The Prime Minister ruled out adjustment of budget collection targets in the context of Covid 19 outbreak. He said: “This is a twin-task of combating the epidemic as people expect and ensuring social economic development. I ask the Ministry of Finance and the tax administration to facilitate business operation through incentives such as tax payment delays and extension as well as support for small and medium sized enterprises while increasing annual budget collection.”

The Prime Minister asked for more reduction of tax administrative procedures with 10% further simplified procedures from the current 304 procedures.
