During an online working session with COVID-19 vaccine producers in Ho Chi Minh City on Monday, Mr. Chinh said special priority must be given to the fastest, earliest domestic production of vaccines, but added the process must protect people's lives and health and follow scientific principles and legal regulations.

He asked the Health Ministry to cooperate with international organizations to speed up clinical trials.
