He made the proposal at a session called “Meeting of leaders on ocean action agenda” on the sidelines of the WEF’s 2019 Annual Meeting in Davos, Switzerland, on Wednesday.

Mr. Phuc suggested the WEF should collaborate with partners to form a global network on marine and ocean data sharing and hailed the international community for supporting ASEAN’s stance on ensuring security, safety, and freedom of navigation and aviation in the East Sea.
