Addressing the conference, Prime Minister Chinh said the National Assembly and the Government regularly conduct exchange and coordination so that preparations are done vigorously.

National Assembly Chairman Hue said that most of the prepared documents and dossiers have been completed so that deputies will have time to study them. Secretarial work and feedback collection have been given special attention in order to quickly summarize opinions to send to the deputies, he said.

Chairman Hue suggested that the Ministry of Health and the Hanoi People's Committee work closely to make sure that the session will be protected from COVID-19.
