In his address, the Prime Minister highlighted Vietnamese women’s role in national construction, development, and defense. He said the Party and State pay special attention to gender equality and women’s advancement reflected in several policies and programs on promoting health care, job generation, and startup development.
He said Vietnam has created a favorable environment for women to bring into play their role and contribute to family and society.
The PM said: "Hosting this dialogue reflects our efforts to realize the goals of gender equality and women’s advancement in regards to economic development, social protection, gender equality, and future generation. We need to thoroughly review our achievements and failures to make effective solutions to motivate women and promote their contributions."
