Addressing the event on Thursday in Hanoi held by the Ministry of National Defense, PM Chinh requested strict implementation of the Party guidelines and the State policies and laws on science, technology and youth work.
He stressed the need to strengthen close coordination with central and local agencies and organizations, and scientists in and outside the Army to improve the quality of military scientific work.
“Party and State leaders always expect and firmly believe that today's young generation with enthusiasm, dynamism, passion, and aspiration will make important contributions to making Vietnam stronger and more prosperous. The military youth continues to boost their talents and energy, gain more achievements, and contribute more to the cause of building and defending the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland, so that the Army and its Youth always deserve the trust of our Party, State and People and "Uncle Ho's Army" title.”
Held for the 23rd time, the Military Youth Innovation Award had more than 600 entries and 321 of them received prizes.
