At a reception in Hanoi on Thursday for Chairman of the Republic of Korea (RoK)-Vietnam Parliamentary Friendship Group Kim Hak-yong, Mr. Phuc said Vietnam treasures cooperative relations with the RoK and wants to closely coordinate with the Korean side to develop their strategic cooperative partnership.
The PM said that the Vietnamese Government works to solve issues related to Korean enterprises operating in Vietnam. He expressed his hope that the RoK will continue to support Vietnam in all fields, including security-defence and sports and especially in football.
Mr. Kim vowed to make strong efforts, together with members of the RoK-Vietnam Parliamentary Friendship Group, to foster the development of relations between the two countries. He said his country wants PM Phuc to attend a summit to mark the 30th anniversary of ASEAN-Republic of Korea ties later this year in the Republic of Korea.
