In a letter to rescue forces, locals and soldiers in flood-hit localities from Ha Tinh to Thua Thien-Hue, the PM stressed the need to evacuate the community from high-risk areas to safer places in a timely manner, and provide necessities to locals in flooded and isolated areas, while resuming production as soon as possible.

The Prime Minister asked local authorities and forces to join hands in effectively dealing with the aftermath of the disaster, while stabilizing the living conditions and production of the affected community.
