The festival will run until Sunday, showcasing the rich heritage of Vietnamese pho (noodle soup) through modern and innovative experiences.
As part of the festival, businesses and culinary brands will participate in live demonstrations, brand promotions, and interactive activities. Notably, this year’s event incorporates AI-powered chatbot technology to enhance visitor engagement, streamline operations, and boost promotional efforts.
The festival features 50 booths featuring pho and pho-related spices of different localities.

Ms. Le Thi Thiet, President of the Nam Dinh Province Culinary Culture Association, said: "The message of this year’s Pho Festival, ‘The Quintessence of Vietnamese Pho – Heritage in the Digital Age,’ reflects our commitment to exporting Vietnamese cultural industries—especially culinary culture—into the global digital landscape. This marks a key difference from previous editions."
With its central theme, the festival not only celebrates and preserves the essence of Vietnamese pho but also serves as a cultural bridge—connecting enterprises, traditional craft villages, and culinary brands. It aims to promote Vietnam’s rich culinary heritage to local residents, domestic tourists, and international visitors alike.
