Delegates praised thorough preparation for the personnel proposals so that they have been well informed before making a decision on the new Party Central Committee.

Delegate Lu Ngoc Binh from Quang Ngai province told VOV, “The Party Central Committee has prepared personnel work thoughtfully so that deputies will have all necessary information to select the best leaders for the country.”

 Delegate Lo Minh Hung from Son La province commented on the list of nominees, saying, “The recommended personnel are all talented and qualified for the posts. I hope that they will be the most enthusiastic, wholehearted and responsible for the implementation of the Party’s resolutions.”

Ho Van Mung, Director of the Khanh Hoa provincial Department of Communications and Education, said, “Nominated personnel are outstanding delegates. The Congress will elect the most outstanding ones for the next Party Central Committee. I strongly believe that the Congress will elect excellent people to lead the Party and the country in the coming term.”

Tran Cong Thang, Chairman of the Bac Giang provincial Fatherland Front, said he believes the Congress will wisely select a united team for the 13th Party Central Committee with the intelligence, competence, and dignity needed to fulfill all tasks assigned by the Party.
