Speaking at the ceremony in Hanoi, President Nguyen Xuan Phuc emphasized that the Party and State always recognize and appreciate the outstanding feats and achievements of the people's police intelligence force.

This noble title is a worthy recognition of the Party and State for the tireless efforts and dedication of the People's Public Security intelligence force over the past 76 years, the President said.

He requested the force to constantly improve the quality and efficiency of their work, ensuring timeliness and accuracy, and further research, forecasting and strategic consulting.
