100 gifts were given to poor and policy beneficiary families in Quang Nham commune. Senior Lieutenant Colonel Pham Tung Lam, Deputy Political Commissar of the Thua Thien-Hue provincial Border Guard, said, “To celebrate People's Border Guard Day and the founding of the Border Guards, we donated 3 charity houses, a civilian project worth 26,000 USD, and delivered gifts to families in difficult circumstances.
