To realize President Ho Chi Minh’s view for a Vietnamese country of more prosperity, the whole Party, army and people should join efforts to finetune the socialist oriented market economy to ensure rapid and sustainable economic growth, stable macro-economy while restructuring industries to improve competitiveness to join global value chain.

Vietnam should develop its own culture of enriched identities while ensuring social welfare, improve resilience in climate change response, efficiently use resources and promote administrative reform and anti-corruption.

National defense should be enhanced to ensure ultimate national sovereignty and territorial integrity while building a safe society  ruled by law. The Prime Minister called for all-out efforts to promote patriotism to overcome challenges and mobilize national unity for development.
