(VOVworld) – Delegates discussed the implementation of resolutions and conclusions reached at the 8^th plenum of the 11^th National Party Congress at a meeting of top officials of Lai Chau province on Monday. The discussion included comprehensive education reform, national defense in the new context, and a review of socio-economic developments in 2013, as well as targets and tasks set for 2014. The Nghe An provincial authorities held similar meetings on Sunday and Monday.
