On Sunday, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Hoa Binh, Head of the Party Central Committee’s Economic Commission and Minister of Industry and Trade Tran Tuan Anh, and Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quang Phuong, Deputy Chief of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army paid Tet visit to Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee.
On behalf of the delegation, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Hoa Binh emphasized that Quang Ngai province has well performed 3 key tasks: socio-economic development, COVID-19 response and care of people with meritorious services and the poor.
Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh on Saturday visited Chantarangsay Pagoda and extended Tet wishes to the Khmer monks and nuns in District 3, Ho Chi Minh City. He called on the Theravada Buddhist Sangha and the Khmer people to continue working with the Government in fighting the epidemic and upholding the tradition of great national and religious unity.
On this occasion, Deputy Prime Minister Binh presented nearly 100 Tet gifts to monks and nuns of Chantarangsay Pagoda, Khmer students, and also Lao and Cambodian students in Ho Chi Minh City.
