Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee’s Internal Affairs Commission, Nguyen Thai Hoc, introduced the book and the Party leader’s dedication to the cadres and soldiers during a recent visit to the Naval Region 4 Command.

Mr. Trong said in the dedication "I cordially send my warm regards and best wishes to officers and soldiers of Naval Region 4. Wishing you good health, being strong gunslingers to firmly defend the sea and islands of our beloved Vietnamese Fatherland.”

Mr. Hoc described the book as valuable manual for the fight against corruption and negativity of the Party and State of Vietnam. The Party General Secretary hopes that officers and soldiers of Naval Region 4 will promote the tradition of Uncle Ho's army, overcome difficulties in life and work, and fulfill the tasks assigned by the Party, State and army, he said.

During the trip at the Naval Region 4 Command, the Party Central Committee’s Internal Affairs Commission delegation came to offer incense at the Gac Ma Martyrs Memorial in Khanh Hoa province.
