Mr. Trong urged for prompt resumption of production and business after Tet holiday for socio-economic development and accomplishment of political tasks. He called for better performance of foreign affairs as Vietnam is now Chair of ASEAN and the UN Security Council, while safeguarding national sovereignty and territorial integrity. Party leader and President Trong asked Party committees to organize appropriate activities to mark the 90^th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam and major events of the nation in 2020.
