(VOVworld) – Head of the Party Central Committee’s External Relations Commission Hoang Binh Quan has discussed with leaders of Kon Tum province the implementation of party guidelines on external relations. Quan said that located in a strategic position, Kon Tum should prepare itself for any contingency. He asked the province to improve its external relations with a particular focus on people-to-people diplomacy and facilitate cooperation with Lao and Cambodian localities.
