Starting  from September 2020, the project was almost completed in one month. The two main historical sites of the project are located in Kim Quang commune of Yen Son district and Kien Dai commune of Chiem Hoa district, Tuyen Quang province.

There, members of the Party Central Committee Office and Party General Secretary Truong Chinh lived and worked from February 1950 to February 1951 and from late 1953 to August 1954 during the war of resistance against French colonialists.
