The current plenum of the Party Central Committee entered its 5th day of working on Tuesday. Senior Party members reviewed Party building and rectification efforts over the past year and 15 years of implementing a resolution on developing the private economic sector. The discussions were chaired by President Tran Dai Quang and Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc respectively.
