This year’s event held by the Vietwings Hanoi Parachuting Club and Mu Cang Chai district People’s Committee, will see the participation of nearly 200 domestic and foreign paragliders.
The event is part of the 2018 festival to explore terraced fields in Mu Cang Chai, to honor and promote the values of the terraced rice fields and local ethnic peoples’ culture.
