The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by US Ambassador Daniel Kritenbrink, and representatives of local authorities and agencies. Not only serving education purposes, each classroom can accommodate about 150 people in case of a natural disaster. The programme will also repair or upgrade six other of the school’s classrooms.
