(VOVworld) - Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has praised the role played by lawyers in legal communication and consultation to improve public’s awareness and compliance to laws.

Phuc was speaking at the 2^nd award ceremony to honor outstanding legal firms and lawyers in Hanoi yesterday. The award praises the contribution and responsibility of legal firms and lawyers in judicial reform, building a state-governed by law, and national economic development and international integration. Deputy Prime Minister Phuc also appreciated the Ministry of Justice and the Law newspaper for organizing the ceremony, which is a positive activity to implement the Lawyers’ Development Strategy by 2020.
