A survey by the Vietnam E-commerce Association (VECOM) in 2021 showed that up to 88% of businesses receive orders via mobile applications. Notably, 18% of businesses use e-commerce websites or apps for import and export, 47% of businesses consider the role of e-commerce in their production and business as relatively important.
