“The program is in response to the Government’s one billion treesby 2015 program. I call on youth union members and young people to contribute to environmental protection and climate change response by at least making green commitments or spreading the message of forest protection,” said Bui Quang Huy, Youth Union Permanent Secretary. 

The program will include a tree planting campaign called “Green Commitments”, a photo contest on tree planting, and a running competition promoting afforestation.
