The Professor mentioned the two countries’ political understanding in national defense, trade and investment, capacity building, education, health, energy, and agriculture. He said both Vietnam and India have also strengthened cooperation in tourism, culture, infrastructure, and the digital area and sought new areas for further partnerships. He noted that President Tran Dai Quang’s visit to India is an important event for bilateral ties. The trip aims at building an agenda for the 2018-2020 Action Plan to boost the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the two countries.
