The Netherlands supports Vietnam's green energy transition program, Ms. Akkeman said, adding that offshore wind energy should play an important role in that program.

Mr. An said Vietnam appreciates the Netherlands' interest and willingness to cooperate and support Vietnam. The Netherlands, he said, is an important cooperation partner of Vietnam.

Both sides agreed to further strengthen cooperation in trade, sustainable energy, and circular economy.
