The 9-day Congress is an important milestone in the development of the Party and the country.
The Congress will be attended by more than 1,500 delegates, representing more than 5.1 million Party members.
Participants will review the implementation of the previous Congress’s resolutions and evaluate 35 years of national reform and the 10-year socio-economic development strategy of 2011.

The Congress will set out a 5-year socio-economic development directions until 2025, goals and orientations until 2030, and the national development vision to 2045.
Participants will also discuss other issues including Party building work and leadership and elect the 13th Party Central Committee.
