National group to supply 6 million antibacterial face masks in February

(VOVWORLD) -The Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex) is racing against time to produce from 5 to 6 million antibacterial face masks this month to meet increasing demand amid the novel coronavirus disease (Covid-19) outbreak.

In February, the group is also striving to provide 10 tones of fabric every day for garment companies to make medical masks (equivalent to 3 million masks per day). Next week, more Vinatex affiliates like Nam Dinh, Nha Be, and Ho Guom Garment Companies will raise production of face masks.
