The session's first stage will take place from October 20 to November 1 online and the 2nd stage will last from November 8 to November 13 offline. They may all take place virtually if the pandemic gets complicated.
National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue asked for meeting agenda to include Sundays to save up three working days. The session will include two and a half day of questions and answers.
The National Assembly will deliberate and approve two laws and five draft resolutions and give opinions on five bills. Legislators will comment on reports on evaluation of the implementation of the socio-economic development plan and the state budget estimate in 2021, the prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic; decide on the socio-economic development plan in 2022, the state budget estimate and the central budget allocation plan in 2022.
