National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan presented scholarships to children

Addressing the event, National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan praised the efforts of organizers and donors to run the program over the past 10 years. She said “Children are happiness of each family and the future of a country. Such meaningful program will help raise the awareness and responsibility of families, schools, and social communities in child care, protection, and education. On the occasion of Mid-autumn festival, Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh has delivered nearly 100 gifts and money to children with disabilities in Hanoi.
