National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue wraps up his trip to Europe and attending WCSP5

(VOVWORLD) -National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue and a high-ranking delegation of the National Assembly of Vietnam on Sunday arrived at Noi Bai airport, Hanoi after attending the 5th World Conference of Speakers of Parliament (WCSP5) in Austria and visiting the European Parliament (EP), Belgium and Finland from September 5-11.

During the working visit, Chairman Hue and the delegation had more than 70 activities. The trip reflects Vietnam's foreign policy  and its activeness and responsibility while raising Vietnam's international status. During the trip, Chairman Hue promoted Vietnam's vaccine diplomacy and cooperation in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. Hue's participation at the WCSP5 in Austria demonstrates the Vietnamese National Assembly's responsibility in multilateral parliamentary diplomacy.

Chairman Hue’s working visit has contributed to deepening the friendship and promoting cooperation between Vietnam and other countries in the fields of politics, economics, trade, investment, science and technology, innovation, education, cultural exchange and COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control.

Upon arriving at Noi Bai international airport, Chairman Hue witnessed the handover ceremony of aid from organizations and individuals to the Ministry of Health and the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
