The recognition is an important step towards upgrading and modernizing the provincial hospital system into a high-quality medical facility in the northcentral region.

On this occasion, National Assembly Chairman Hue donated two high-end breathing machines to Nghe An General Friendship Hospital.

On Saturday afternoon, Mr. Hue and the National Assembly delegation offered flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at Kim Lien Special National Relic Site, Nam Dan district, Nghe An province.
