In the letter, the Vietnamese NA Chairman expressed his belief that with the rich experience gained through different working positions, Hidehisa will achieve great success in his new position and continue to promote the partnership between the two countries.
He wished for the enhancement of cooperation with Japanese President of the House of Councillors Hidehisa Otsuji to deepen bilateral ties between the two legislatures for the interest of both countries and their people, and global peace, stability, cooperation, and development.
National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue cordially invited Mr. Hidehisa Otsuji and a Japanese senate delegation to visit Vietnam at an appropriate time.
