(VOVworld) – National Assembly deputies have discussed the draft law on fees and charges, Many deputies said the list of fees and charges should be as detailed as possible to ensure transparency and clarity. They agreed that services provided by foreign individuals and organizations should not be adjusted in the draft law to encourage more private investment. The state will only provide essential services, which have a major impact on social welfare where the private sector is incapable of getting involved.

The deputies also discussed the draft law on information access.
