(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has approved the National Action Program for Children for the 2021-2030 period with a view to creating a safe, healthy and friendly environment for children.

The program covers four comprehensive targets to ensure children’s nutrition, healthcare, education, recreation and their participation in children’s issues. It raises tasks and solutions in legal and policy building, children’s rights, social welfare and child protection.
