(VOVworld) – National Assembly Vice Chairwoman Tong Thi Phong visited Con Cuong mountainous district in Nghe An province on Saturday afternoon.

While visiting the Con Cuong boarding school for ethnic students, Ms. Phong praised the school’s teachers and students for their efforts to overcome difficulties and called on them to uphold the school’s tradition and move forward. She delivered 2 desk top computers and 500 gifts to the school.

The delegation also handed gifts to 5 disadvantaged families and attended an art program with locals in Khe Ran hamlet, Con Cuong district, and offered incense at the Vietnam-Lao martyrs’ monument in Anh Son district.
