Ms. Ngan hailed the ethnic children who have managed to achieve high academic performances: "We encourage children to continue learning from their predecessors and trying their utmost in study to contribute to national development. They are the future masters of the country."

Chairwoman Ngan said youth-related matters and equality and ethnic issues have been included in all Vietnamese law to build an equal environment that ensures children’s physical and intellectual development. She highlighted the importance of improving the activities of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Brigade to attract more children.
