National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan said: “The Communist Party of Vietnam defines industrialization and modernization a key, strategic task for the country to achieve prosperity, democracy, fairness, and civilization. The Vietnamese working class, no matter what jobs they are doing, should be soldiers in the production front. They should thoroughly study guidelines of the Party and laws of the State with an energetic emulation spirit, first of all, should fulfill their work. Emulation means we will try to do our jobs with the highest productivity and innovations to reform working method and turn out highest-quality products.”

National Assembly Chairwoman Ngan said workers’ legitimate rights and interests should be protected and their living conditions should be improved. She added the Assembly with its responsibility will allocate the annual budget to take better care of workers and oversee the implementation of workers-related policies.
