During a visit on Monday to Lao Cai’s Bat Xat district, Chairman Hue said Lao Cai can become a medium-income province by 2030 and a developed province by 2045.

“I hope the provincial Party Committee, administration, and armed forces will take good care of policy families, people with meritorious services, poor and near-poor households, and people in difficult circumstances. We must ensure that nobody is left behind for the 2023 Lunar New Year,” said Mr. Hue.

The top legislator presented gifts to officers, policy beneficiary households, and poor families, workers and ethnic minorities in Lao Cai.
