Speaking at the meeting, Chairman Hue praised Ninh Thuan province’s growth in the last three years and its efforts to become the country’s renewable energy hub.

Mr. Hue asked the province to continue to restructure its agriculture in association with climate change response, apply science and technology, bring into play irrigation projects, promote agricultural product processing, support fishermen in offshore fishing, and focus on the development of energy, processing, and manufacturing industries. He said the province needs to accelerate projects on infrastructure investment in industrial parks and improve the planning of coastal urban areas.
